There is so much more that you can do with mosiac glass then the first thoughts of stepping stones.  Don't get me wrong, I love stepping stones and did not have the heart to put mine outside... so they have a warm spot in our home.

There are vases, birdbaths, birdhouses, etc.  Just about anything can be covered in beautiful glass pieces.

Also, think about 'painting' with glass to create artwork for your walls.  You can do this right into a tile project or as a separate, framed piece of art.
